"We discovetedcthis hotel chain on Arizona and susequently sought out the Drury Plaza in Richmond. It did not disappoint. Will definitely use Drury whenever we can in our travels."

"I dont love Holiday Inn because they have opposed political change for years that I care about, so i would have never chosen a Holiday Inn to stay at, but this was a very new building , the room was clean, and I was near the elevator, but it was quite anyway. This room was chosen for me. Im honest, so I am giving them a good review, but I will NEVER chose Holiday Inn because of their corporate political activism. "

"Staff was friendly and helpful. We had a couple of issues but they were quick to remedy them. One suggestion is bigger trashcans in the rooms because they were SUPER tiny."

"The room was very comfortable. The property was in good condition. The only drawback was finding it. There was a construction site nearby that made it hard to locate the hotel. The street was not well marked either so I had a hard time finding it."

"It was clean, everyone was friendly, breakfast was great. It shared a parking lot with another hotel that was apparently hosting a motorcycle club. I was awakened several time by the extremely loud motorcycles. I realize the hotel doesn't have a lot of control over that but it was pretty unpleasant. It was also difficult to figure out where to enter the hotel. "

"The hotel facility is very nice and comfortable. The weekend we stayed there, however, the hotel restaurant was very understaffed and wait times were long. "

"Love the room and decor, and the spacious bathroom. My only complaints were the noisy click when the motion-sensor night light came on. It seemed really loud late at night, but I appreciate the light to find the bathroom! Also, the shower curtain didn't cover the entire opening. Kinda odd."
