"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The home was very clean. The floors were so clean when wiping up some water drips, there was not one spec of dirt on the paper towel! That is my measure for being clean! Home owners were excellent to work with. Texting answers to my many questions. We stayed while we were in town for the 12 Hours of Sebring race. Easy 30 minute drive to the track. Beautiful view of the lake with lounge chairs on a private beach behind the house. I can't say enough about...

"Overall stay was excellent. The pool didn’t work upon our arrival. No one addresses our issue in a timely manner, but did address the problem the day before our departure. Will request compensation for the inconvienance."

"This was the cheapest condo we could find for our stay. It was a bit further away from the parks ( about 1 hour ). There was no checking in onsite communication went through email. The condo looked great and clean but we had several issues. The most important issues where a stuck balcony door and not working airco. That made it hot and stuffy only windows to open but those had mosquito screens with holes in them. We called upon arrival to let them know about the defects. Unfortunately they...

"We had a fabulous time at the house. We had one issue with the A/C but it was resolved very quickly with the owner. The home was clean and lovely. We enjoyed the place and rested, relaxed by the pool and cooked fresh pizza in the kitchen. The spaces and 3 rooms each with a bathroom was luxury. The location was right next to Publix supermarket and bealls outlet. Communication with owner was quick and efficient. Easy access to 27 and 17-92 Haines city and into Winter Haven."

"We stayed here because our soccer team had a tournament in the area. We had a couple families stay and the price was much cheaper than hotels around the area. The house is beautiful and spacious inside. Has alot of upgrades. At first we thought the neighborhood looked a little off, but we had no issues at all with our stay. We have some other tournaments in this area later in the year and we will definitely be booking to stay here again."
