「Room was generally nice. Needed curtains cleaned and fixed. Balcony was directly over facility A/C units so was noisy. Kitchen staff were not attentive to resupply so food/supplies was running out and had to be asked for. 」

「The house inside was decently clean with the exception of the bathtub that was dirty. The area outside was another story. The outside was extremely unkept . The house looked uninhabitable. I never seen such dirty windows with so many cobwebs in my life. The porch was also super dirty with green mold. 」
