「The lady at check in was very cold as far as being welcoming. She assigned my room and didn't even attempt to explain where the room could be found, like she had just done for the customer before me. I finally found my room and went to open the door, to find that the room was filthy as if the prior customer had just checked out of this room. It hadn't even been touched by housekeeping yet after their check out. I picked up the phone and called down to the front desk to tell her that I was upset...
