「Pool was nice 」

「The staff was friendly and helpful. The bartender, Jenn, helped us guests get to know each other and have fun talking. When we go back, we will bring tape to keep our privacy sign on the doorknob. It kept falling off and Housekeeping kept thinking that we needed them to come in and clean. They clean all day and late into the afternoon or early evening, so the sign needs to stay up as long as you want privacy. Don’t assume that they ever stop cleaning or that the sign will stay on the doorknob!...

「The front desk employees working there were wonderful. If there was an issue, they would investigate and handle it. I wish I would have gotten her name.. but she was working so hard and remained so polite the entire time. All of the employees i encountered were so nice. The room was large and very clean. The area was very accommodating for me and my small dog. I felt safe taking my dog out for late night potty break. I really appreciated the dog release area at the front of the location. I...

「It is one of the best hotel in Winstom Salem. People are very nice and the best location. The restaurant is also delicious.」

「Place was under construction but even still they had great staff and customer service. Rooms were clean and spacious. My family felt comfortable especially with traveling with a pet. Would definitely stay here again. 」
