「The location was a short distance from the highway, the room and facilities were clean and staff were friendly. Breakfast was served in the morning to start the day.」

「We arrived during a time when the hotel was experiencing major technical difficulties. The key cards were not working and we were locked out of our connecting rooms. Consequently, we had to wander around Pittsburgh until about 7:00 p.m., which was hard on us because we were traveling all day and needed to rest. We couldn't telephone the front desk because the main phone line kept ringing to a guest's room. We did not get the full benefit of the time we paid for and I'm quite disappointed by...

Taking bath in the big bathtub kept me warm all night even without heater. The heater was noisy when operating. Thus, it was good I took a warm bath and shut off the heater.」
