「The rooms are run down need a major update」

「The place is amazing this is the best place that I’ve ever been .The room was beautiful ,clean and spacious ,We love the hot tub and all the amenities.My family also enjoy the swimming pool clean and cool.My son enjoyed playing with the cat.The host is very friendly and nice people .Breakfast is delicious.Excellent planning to come back again next time.」

「Location for family reunion in Lake Mills was the only positive. Property was not well maintained. Bathroom floor was filthy. Hallways heavily scented. Room furniture in need of repair. Front desk clerk did not wear shoes. Difficulty communicating during checkout. Water had a terrible odor, specifically rusty, metallic smell. Purchased bottle water for washing face, brushing teeth, etc.」

「Keri and Pete were exceptionally gracious hosts. The breakfast was outstanding in the morning. The inside - including our room - was very, very clean. They are in the midst of redoing the entire outside of the house. Clearly a huge project on a large house like this. We would stay here again for sure!」
