"I have had endless problems and right now I’m in tears because the heater does not work. I call the number and someone answers but they do not say anything. It’s dark cold and 8:30 at night. I’ve been driving for 6 hours and I am in tears. Someone was parked my my spot. Then, there’s no light going up the dark stairs. Then the code doesn’t work to get me into door. Right now I’m freezing and I think they stopped saying hello on phone after answering the telephone bc it’s been one problem after...

"We loved our stay at Woods CrossVacation Rental! The house was clean and decorated so cute! It was a great size with 5 nice bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The beds were comfy and everything worked great! We had so much room inside and out. The backyard was nice which was great as we had our dog with us. Couldn’t beat the hot tub either. Customer service was good too! We hope to stay again! "
