"When we arrived, there was quite a bit of broken glass near the elevators. Not tiny specks, but some big chunks. it was not removed for over two days. There was no real dining in the hotel. When there was an unknown man knocking on my door and I went to call the front desk, the phone did not work. I managed to call using my cell, and the front desk promised to send security. I am not sure if security ever came. The man eventually left. "
