「If you have an event at Baylor, or in town for Magnolia, this may be your spot. Outstanding customers service. Plenty of free parking. Parallels Southbound I35 (saw but did not hear traffic), comfortable sleep. Large room (we had 2 beds and pull out ) There is a small pool and decent 24 hour gym. 7-11 in same parking lot and hamburger joint literally across the street. Ice maker on our floor. Pet friendly. Microwave and coffee pot in room. A little construction for parking garage/road...

「The indoor pool was fun with attached wading pool with sprinkler and attached hot tub. Our six year old granddaughter loved it! Hat Creek Burger and Starbucks were across the parking lot. 」

「Request a room with a King bed. Got a 2 Queen. I have trouble beathing and walking. Was given a room on the 4th floor and at the very end of a long hallway.」

「The Good: Bed was one of the most comfortable I have slept in at a hotel. Pillows were also comfortable. I was able to adjust the A/C as cold as I wanted. The Bad: Sliding glass door (1st floor) was unlocked when I arrived. The phone in the room was not working. I could not get the body soap bottle to open (pump was broken) and could not get it off the wall without a special tool. Had to get out of the shower wet and grab the face bar on the sink.」

「Front desk was friendly and helpful and more than accommodating. The complimentary breakfast was delicious and more than enough for my family of 6. The pool was beautiful and every area was very well kept. My first time staying here and it won’t be my last. I will highly recommend to others. 」

「My family felt satisfied with the 1 week stay at Residence Inn. Room is spacious enough with an open kitchen that allows us to prepare our meals. Staff is friendly and the hotel is suitably located for us to visit our son studying at Baylor. Our whole family enjoyed the stay so much.」

「We thoroughly enjoyed our little weekend getaway to Waco & knowing that we had a clean, safe, and convenient place to stay made it all the more better. We were traveling with a five month old, so cleanliness was a huge thing for us as he is everywhere. The rooms were modern and well maintained. The complimentary breakfast with the Texas shaped waffles was amazing. The hotel was situated fairly close to everything we wanted to do. If we are ever in Waco again I can guarantee I will book here. 」

「Perfect room. Tons of space. Friendly and knowledgeable staff to answer all our questions. The suite worked perfectly so an early riser didn’t interfere with one who like to sleep in a bit. 」

「It’s always a good experience when we stay here in the 2 bedroom suite and the staff go way beyond especially the one staff Justin who helped me out a lot they’re all excellent but Justin at the south Waco location helped a lot just wanna say thank you 」

「The Hotel is in a great location near everything. The staff was friendly and helpful. Our complaint is we have always had a free breakfast and although minimal charge, the room price should have included free breakfast. The room was great except we saw a few sugar ants and a rolly polly. It was great for our weekend plans. 」

「This is a very nice hotel for Waco,Tx. Megan was super nice and made check in a breeze! The fitness center is one of the best I’ve seen in a hotel. It was also nice to have a Peloton bike, yoga mat, yoga blocks and foam roller in our room for convenience. I hope people don’t get a hold of this little gem and tear it up. Good job IHG! 」

「The hotel is located in the center of Waco and is really 4 min from everything fun to do. It was super safe and the convenience of having a restaurant and roof top bar at the same place is a plus.the room are so well sound proofed you don’t hear the bar and the staff responded fast to all our requests. If you do want to eat at their restaurant- reserve in advance although there’s plenty alternatives 」

「This place is a hidden gem and I was so iffy on booking it but I’m sooooo glad I did. This place is beautiful peaceful and so perfect. My mom enjoyed every moment and loved everything about this place. It was everything and more and the staff is the friendliest you will ever meet. I will be coming back again with my mom and family. 」
