"First time in Chicago and probably saw just one member who was happy and making an effort to connect with the guests. Everyone else at the property appeared sad and not enthusiastic to see people staying at their property. This was even at the checkout time. No one asked for satisfaction. The property itself was really nice but some fixtures need upgrading. Loved the experience of staying at the property though. Great location. "

"It’s the city! If you don’t know what that means then it’s probably not for you. This hotel is absolutely amazing. It’s connected to restaurants and central to the Navy pier and everything you need to get to. Most of it is a walk away! The staff is very friendly. "

"My husband and I booked a King room for our 19th anniversary. We got to town earlier than check in time and they offered to keep our bags for us until check in which was great. We were able to walk most the way to the pier which is about 1.7miles from the hotel there are also several Divvy bike ports around. Food options are everywhere near the hotel as well. When ready to check in we were greeted by the "doorcierge" Jerome and boy was he off the hook awesome... He upgraded our room to a suite...

"The staff were GREAT to me and my friend and made our stay VERY comfortable! Our room was cheap and when our tv was messed up in the first room, they moved us to another room! Breakfast was great and FREE! Very quiet! My only cons were I wish the room in the pool were a little bit more clean but other than that! PERFECT!!!"

"My view was a block of building ! Not happy at all! When I got the hotel , the app said FREE PARKING! I got into the hotel , find out parking wasn’t free ! I paid over 150 in parking spot! The receptionist told me; Sr, nothing is free! I didn’t like that part at all"

NOTE: When you make a reservation online and they ask for add the breakfast for a lil more money; JUST ADD IT Beliveme 😃 Breakfast: An amazing buffet with everything. Two latin girls workers handle all that environment 💯 perfect! Perfect teamwork between these two girl and no one was waiting for any type of food or table."
