Chattahoochee Hills 3 Stars Hotels

"I have stayed at this hotel several times. I liked the location to the airport and Marta transit station. The hotel staff are very helpful. The hotel was very clean and had a very pleasant smell throughout the hotel, even on our floor (4th floor). I would stay here any time I'm in the Atlanta area. Great stay!!"

"I was disappointed with the breakfast experience during my stay. When we arrived, many of the food containers were empty, including the coffee and creamer containers. There were no fruits available, and the breakfast area around the counters was messy and dirty. I asked one of the staff members to refill the coffee, but overall the breakfast area did not seem well maintained. I also made a waffle, but after taking a closer look, I noticed a green-colored substance inside, which made me uncomfortable and unable to continue eating it. Overall, the breakfast area appeared disorganized and unclean, which negatively affected our stay experience"

"The hotel was nice and clean. The staff very friendly. My only issues are that they mention having 2 restaurants and they do not. They have one small restaurant that only serves breakfast. And weather was in the 80's all weekend and the pool was closed (not opened until next weekend). But the pool area is very nice and well maintained. Overall a very pleasant staff. Mr. Matthew was very nice and accommodating."

"Our shower had no water pressure, our bathroom sink was broken, parking was a disaster. We paid $15 for parking but were told three different ways to get out of the lot that didn’t work. So we ended up paying extra for parking just so we could leave the lot to do stuff. The only staff member who did their job well was the bar tender"
