「The rooms are a good size. It was not clear that the location was under construction. This may be good to disclose. I did not understand the necessity to fill out additional paperwork upon arrival. The price was good」

「Room was clean but very outdated and dark. Hotel needs a serious renovation. Another in our group booked a handicap accessible room and it was not provided upon arrival - the 85 year old had to move rooms - on her own - with family to help - the next day after arrival. Hotel couldn’t be bothered to assist despite their mistake. Why didn’t they tell that guest when she checked in that the accessible room wasn’t ready but would be in ‘x’ time? She could have simply hung out in one of the other two...

「The only complaint and its a big NO for me is that the shower was not clean. I will be staying again and I hope this time I get a clean shower. The personal is super nice and helpful it was late and i just showered with my shoes because i was really tired to change rooms.」
