「완전깨끗 친절」

「객실 청결은 대체로 양호 했습니다. 다만 변기가 구형으로 사용이 불편 하였습니다. 비데와 스타일러가 비치되어 있지만 작동이 되지 않아서 다소 아쉬움 있었읍니다. 비품 관리에 좀더 세심한 관리가 요구 됩니다. 조식은 떡라면과 토스트 중에 선택 할 수 있는데 토스트는 맛있게 먹었습니다.」

「Buan is a small town and this hotel is neat and tidy to provide service, staff are helpful and next to the reception, there is a small open area where milk, cornflakes, coffee, instant noodles would be provided 24/7, this really helps a lot.」

「The hotel is a bit far comparing to the others which is in the same district which you need to walk about 10 mins from the main shopping streets. They only provide one towel for showering for a room of maximum of 3 persons' room, even have asked for extra and they said they could provide one big towel only. Also, the towels are dirty which you could see the dirt obviously. Other stuff in the room is fine but just the bed is bit hard, so if you want a comfortable bed, this may not be your...

「Kama Hotel is a very good hotel. We had stayed there for a week. Staff members were very caring and welcoming. They booked taxi, bus and KTX for us. And recommended us different site seeing spots. We had a very memorable stay there. We were very impressed by the hospitality of the hotel.」
