「horrible」

「Super friendly staff and clean, comfortable rooms!」

「A slightly concerning number of dead bugs」

「The crown was great we stayed in the Victorian suite is was very nice.」

「Broken tiles on bathroom floor, large blood looking stain on couch to the point you didn’t want to sit on the couch at all. The shower/tub was dirty as well with no wash cloths provided. The two ac window units were not properly put in and have large gaps to let bugs in. Bed seemed clean but overall better detail for cleanliness and property upkeep was needed.」

「This property continually canceled my booking for no real reason. They said my card was not going through, but all my other bookings went through on my same card with no problem. I tried to book this house three times and every time Expedia would say I still had the booking so I would go to check in and the property management company would say that they emailed me to let me know the booking was 😡 This was a huge inconvenience and left me with no where to stay twice on my trip. 「The inn keeper was fabulous. The rooms were clean and cozy. Will defiantly be back. 」

「What an amazing place! The photos don't do it justice. Very easy communication with our host and, if you want space, not too far out of Hermann, this is it! They thought of everything in this house; washer, dryer, every pot and pan you can think of, extra towels, charging cables, hairdryer, and we especially loved the honey taster! It was truly a getaway location while we attended our daughter's wedding nearby and to come back to the guest house every night was exactly what we needed. Being...

「Clean and loved original architecture.」

「It is a clean efficiency with modern amenities but with a touch of country flair! Sara is the property manager and is absolutely wonderful! Based on their availability, I would absolutely stay there again!!!!! Even if I can't stay there, I am definitely going to get some of thar great ice cream and home cooking at the restaurant in the same building!」

「This is a very cute little house on the end of a quiet street. It's within easy walking distance of all the shops, restaurants, wineries, distilleries, and bars between 1st Street and 5th Street. If you don't mind a longer, hillier walk you could also go further south to City Park or to Stone Hill winery. But there's also easy transportation on the Trolley or local ride services. We were happy to find there were more beds than pictured (3 queen size downstairs between 2 bedrooms, and 2 queens...

「Only positive things to say about our trip. Would 100% recommend to anyone wanting a quiet get away with family and friends. Far enough away from town to kick back and relax but close enough to the shops, restaurants, and wineries to enjoy all that Hermann has to offer!」
