"Great hotel. Very pleasant check in and out staff. Exceptional complimentary breakfast with exceptional staff. Large well appointed rooms. Downside was cleaning. They didn’t do daily cleaning. I was out of towels. I asked housekeeping woman who was standing in front of the storage closet for towels and she wouldn’t give them to me. I had to go down to the front desk. Nonetheless I would stay again . "

"Simi Valley area was beautiful, nice people, clean, quiet, safe. We kept being told by staff that this is a choice hotel so we were told they only do room cleaning every 3 days. So just make sure if you're going to stay for a little while you asked to have your garbage and towels taken out of your room sooner than that. I probably would not stay here again because I prefer to have my room cleaned every day without having to ask and I also like the option of room service but that's just a...
