"Hot tub was broken, they charged extra to park, no where was that listed, when we are already paying to stay there. People were fighting by the pool in the middle of the night. Kids screaming by the pool at 6 a.m. "

"Clean room, good breakfast and mall of America is right across the road. Will definitely be staying in the future. "

"Jon, our shuttle driver was amazing. He called and sent us a text message that he arrived and was waiting to pick us up. One less thing we had to worry about. Our hotel stay was great. Very nice hotel with comfortable beds. Great staff."

"I didnt check out the gym, but the place was pretty decent for the price! Clean and afforable. The breakfast was good and had a lot of options! The room was spacious and cozy with a place to get work done if needed along with a kitchenette sink. The neighborhood was a good area too. We got double charged because I booked through the Expedia app and the receptionist somehow didnt know. So make sure to let them know you paid in the app before swiping any sort of deposit ! I am sill waiting for my payment to be put back on my card and it's been almost a week. "

"Overall the stay and room was great! The floors in the bathroom were falling apart and/or broken. The free breakfast had many options. The food I ate was very tasty! "
