"Recommend to update the couches, they were well used and stained. Otherwise the stay was great. Note this resort is a bit far from the centre of town and requires a car or use of taxi to get around."

"Location was fantastic. Beds were comfortable and room was quiet. We were able to store our bags until our bus was leaving. Unfortunately there was no fridge in the room, even though there was a communal fridge in the kitchen it wasn’t very convenient. The room smelled like someone had been smoking."

"An excellent hotel, we were sad that we weren't staying longer and plan to return. The hotel itself is beautiful, with historical pictures of Zakopane adding to the charm. Everywhere is spotlessly clean and furnished to a high standard. All members of staff we encountered on reception and in the restaurant were friendly and helpful.
