「We had a bit of confusion with our reservation that we made through expedia but the hotel management helped us to make it right. After that the room they put us in had a plugged pipe in the sink, which was giving off a horrible odor. I reported it to the manager and they offered to move us - which we did NOT want. Then they had maintenance come the very next day (earliest possible) to correct the problem. Staff was very friendly and good to work with. The maintenance man called me personally...

「The property is under renovation. Doors are difficult to enter room. The pool was down, beds are hard like plywood box, Sheets had hair on them, shower wasn’t clean. No sofa bed/couch as stated in room choice to accommodate number of people. No receipt given for deposit nor proof of stay. Cancelled room within 10 minutes of being there.
