"The owner canceled on us one hour before we were supposed to be there. The house was flea infested. We did get a full refund. But I had to book a hotel at short notice and nobody from hotels.com or the person that I rented from felt obligated to compensate the difference of the hotel room I had to book instead of the house I had set up rent. "Room was great, allowed us first floor for our dog. Even on first floor by an exit it was a quiet stay. Happy hour was a nice surprise with great food and the bartender and manager were very friendly. Gym was decent and had 24 hour access which was a bonus for us early birds! My first stay at a Drury and I was very pleased! Will chose this hotel chain moving forward! "
