「We loved our stay at Portland Regency! Staff were friendly, welcoming and helpful and responded immediately to any requests. We did not dine at the hotel but enjoy the basement bar. The room, whilst lacking a 'view' was large and the bed was enormous. The bathroom had everything we could ask for and more! We loved being so central that we could nip back several times a day in the unseasonable heat to refresh ourselves with the air con!」

「The room was very clean as was the whole hotel. In great condition - did not feel worn at all. Everyone was super nice. My breakfast was included which was lovely. Available shuttle to the airport was considered in my stay as well. Would definitely stay here again if i come back to Portland. Location downtown was great.」

「Location is an A+ in the heart of Freeport. There is an abundance of shopping and dining options just 2 short blocks away on the Main Street. The hotel and the property were immaculate and well maintained. The staff was friendly and helpful. This will be our hotel of choice on our next trip through Freeport! 」

「We had a great ocean view. We loved looking out in the mornings and it had a great sunset view. We don't have pets but there were quite a few on the property who looked well cared for.」
