"Customer service was excellent! Gigi gets a 10/10 because she was very accommodating and very hospitable. Hotel needs some renovation but beds were very comfortable and breakfast was decent. Overall, o would recommend and stay here again."

"Old outdated property. Room smelled like cigarettes and mold. Not up to par. Went to front desk 5 mins after check in and requested a refund and left to another hotel. I booked through hotels.com and they said I needed to call them. I called and they said they need to speak with property. Still waiting on my refund."
