「Breakfast sucks. It’s not edible. Hotel also charged me twice and would not refund my deposit」

「Clean and spacious apartment, great for large groups. We loved supporting the recovery of Biltmore Village, so we understood that repairs were in process. We had bugs in the kitchen which needs attention, the only drawback.」

「Room was very nice and spacious. Pool area was clean and towels were always available. Area around the pool is quite slick. Staff was helpful and courteous.」

「Can’t even begin to say what a horrible experience this hotel was. Our room safety lock on door was broken - hallways were dimly lit, the staff was very unhelpful. When we tested the door lock they sent a janitor to “unlock” the door with a screwdriver. The pool was dirty, hot tub was not working, the ice machine looked like it had some sort of nasty leakage. The list goes on. We cancelled our reservation after being denied another room and left. They said Expedia would issue the refund. Expedia...
