「Very nice and pleasant stay experience」

「A++ We liked everything about this hotel! Our room was perfect with a comfy bed and thick, soft towels. We did not eat breakfast at the restaurant because it was a $16.95 buffet and we are not big breakfast eaters. The staff at the front desk were so friendly and welcoming. Not sure if we’ll ever be back in Mason but if we are we will definitely be back!! 」

「I am writing regarding my recent stay at your hotel. I had a reservation that has already been fully paid for, but I understand that due to my earlier checkout, a refund is not being considered. Hotel didn’t refund my money and didn’t give me night when I asked. Poor hotel management who don’t care about customers.」

「We stayed in a King Suite that had a separate door on the bedroom and a pullout couch. The room included a small kitchenette with a nice-sized fridge, way bigger than is typical. We didn’t use the dishes or appliances but did sit at the table & eat our take out. Room was clean but shower/bathroom showed small signs of water damage and could use a tiny update. The only other downside was that the spare blanket we tried to use for pullout bed was pulling and shedding everywhere. We went out and...
