Biltmore 3 Stars Hotels

"The night staff at the desk was the absolute worst I have ever encountered at any hotel. She was rude, condescending, not helpful and just plain mean. She could not have been more annoyed to be doing her job. She was cursing under her breath about another guest while checking us in. Apparently other guests had similar experiences by the conversations overheard in the elevator. This person should not have been interacting with guests. Highway traffic was very loud. Bathroom was tiny without a fan. Normally I would have overlooked these two things and moved on but I will never stay here again or recommend bc of staff. She was that bad. "

"It was very clean convenient for everything. Breakfast was good easy to get in and out of."

"The breakfast menu threw us for a loop. It was choice items from Starbucks. It wasn’t bad. Bathroom shower was awful it was slated and you could barely stand in it. It was like standing on a triangle. I have stayed at 3 star motels cheaper and better. Wasn’t worth the price to us"

"Hot breakfast was not hot, no oatmeal of any sort, coffee was quite weak. No conditioner in bathroom, no vent fan in bath, partial used bar soap in floor of shower. Window curtain was torn"
