Big Sky Mountain Village 3 Stars Hotels

"Overall a good stay for the price. I would’ve given 3 stars instead of 4 except the price is so much better than other options in the area. A few simple things could make this a 5 star review but without them have me inclined to leave 3 stars. One would be a new mattress, the current mattress is an old box spring that sags in the middle with a thin feather mat on top (that does nothing to help) and is just soooo uncomfortable. The second would be new sheets. There was a musty mildew smell on...

"Everything was fine. The bed was not great but ok. However, we spent about an hour trying to get into the room. We did not get the lockbox code until a lady from Stay Montana called me. The contact number you provided was not to anyone that was associated with the property and therefore they would not answer my calls or return my messages. Once we were in the room everything was fine."
