「Great stay. Staff are polite and friendly. Hotel and rooms clean. Comfy beds and pillows. Very kid/family friendly but also great for couples. Spacious room. Breakfast was great and well maintained. Convenient location to Museum that is 5 minute walk. 」

「We had an amazing time visiting the Finger Lakes, mostly due to our fabulous stay at the Burdett House. Ashley and David were so warm and welcoming. They have a way of making us feel like both a very special guest and a member of the family at the same time.
There is so much to do in the Finger Lakes that it can be overwhelming. Ashley gave us a lot of wonderful suggestions of what to see and do during our visit and every one of them was fantastic.
