「The Sylvan Inn was the perfect base for our exploration of the Sleeping Bear National Lakeshore. Our room was clean and comfortable, and we enjoyed the breakfast provided by the friendly staff. The Inn’s location is also very convenient for walking into Glen Arbor to enjoy the galleries and restaurants. We hope to return again!」

「This cabin was a wonderful place to use as a base for our 3 women get-away. Although small, the cabin was comfortable and very nicely decorated. Everything you need is there. Its location is great, being between Beulah/Crystal Lake and Traverse City/Interlochen. We had a wonderful stay; highly recommended.」

「Good location. Walking distance to cute town of Empire and beach. House was cute but old. Breakfast and coffee were excellent!」

「We enjoyed our stay. Especially the sunset bonfires. The home itself was a bit underwhelming. It looked like it could use a power washing that looked like there was possibly some mildew all around the exterior of the home. The inside was nice and mostly clean but you can tell that there was some shortcuts taken. All in all I'd say it was a good experience」
