「We had two major issues with our stay here. Our daughter is a junior at UNH, so we have stayed in multiple hotels in the area over the past few years while visiting her. We will never return to this property again. The hotel did not properly plow their parking lot which significantly reduced the size of their lot, and we were asked to park on the street (metered parking) over night. Also, the hotel allows dogs, and we had a guest with a dog stay in the room above us that barked and ran around...

「I took my son and his friend for a belated birthday celebration. Our original trip was postponed due to a big snowstorm. When we arrived the staff was genuine and welcoming. At dinner the waitress was unbelievable. Kind, attentive AND when we said we were celebrating my son’s belated birthday and his friends birthday (the day prior) she surprised them with the most decadent chocolate cake. Our meals were delicious and we were so impressed with how special the server made the boys feel. 」

「Excellent hotel! Breakfast is good. They even provide light dinner for free! Room is big with kitchen! Must stay next time! Parking is an issue, but I travel with a residence friend here. It is not an issue to me.」

「We arrived on time for check in 3:00PM, but was informed by manager that my room wasn’t ready due to short staff, staff had a death in the family. The manager said it should be ready in 20 minutes, The time is now 3:25PM. I asked the manager again, was the room ready, she told me, “that the room needed to be inspected.
