「We arrived late, the email stated using the last 4 numbers from the phone number, it didn't work. Finally we used a # before the number which worked. The email didn't say to use the #sign which was frustrating. The parking area wasn't marked, so everyone parked where ever they wanted. Lastly the email information never worked the whole time we were there. Just a few things to work on, otherwise we all enjoyed the beautiful house. 」

「We loved the staff, they were helpful, friendly and accommodating. The beds were perfect, so comfortable. The only thing that was a problem was the area around the swimming pool, it was extremely slippery even when walking cautiously; we had several slips and even falls that were very scary, Overall we had a wonderful time and would stay here again. 「I have no idea why this hotel has such a high rating. It’s old and worn. We got a suite, yeah it had extra room, but no furniture in that extra space. It has no darkening shades so the outside lights are in your room all night」

「Clean and spacious two bedroom, two bathroom suite accomodated our family needs perfectly for two nights. It also had a full kitchen and washer/dryer for stays of longer duration. Located right next to Washburn University. The cafe in the bottom of the building had friendly service and a great breakfast. The bedroom closest to the street had some street noise, but pretty quiet through most of the night.」

「They have been closed since September. That would've been nice to know before I booked my stay in October for a December check-in. Thankfully, Expedia refunded me. @Expedia, you should take this place off of the booking site.」
