"The main reason I chose this hotel was that it offered a full kitchen to accommodate my dietary needs. I was very surprised to find that the kitchen was so poorly equipped. I have stayed at other hotels in this chain before and have never encountered a kitchen that was so inadequately supplied. My husband, my teenage granddaughter, and I stayed in a suite with what was advertised as a full kitchen. However, there were only enough dishes even for two people, and the pots were in poor condition—scratched and badly burned. Some of the dishes were still dirty when we arrived. The suite had a two-burner induction cooktop, but one of the burners did not work at all. Eventually, we were moved to another room, but most of the same issues remained, with the exception that the stove was functioning properly. Overall, this was a very disappointing stay."
