"Was good place to stay would stay again, except I wish my view was not the parking lot"

"The hotel and bar were lovely! The gardens and outside 24hr spa were very nice. Downtown seems like it has really gone down hill but this facility was very enjoyable. "

"Hotel Zazz is a converted motel, colorful and fun, and located within a short walk of a wide array of good restaurants and some fun shops. It's also right on the BRT (Nob Hill East) so super easy to get to, and visit Old Town from, without a car. Staff were super friendly. Only downside is traffic noise, but it wasn't that loud."

"We appreciated the friendly welcome and extra space in the suite. The hotel is well located near a large shopping area and restaurants. We'll stay here again when we're back in ABQ!"

"Great time at the property but had one small thing. I came down to wait for my Lyft ride, about 9:30am. Walking from the front desk to the entrance I went to sit at the tables to the left, along the windows. They were all dirty. Each one had some kind of food product smeared on it. Not a lot but enough to notice from a distance. I came to the hotel at approximately 2:30pm and the tables were still dirty. At approximately 6:00pm I went downstairs for another Lyft ride. I checked the tables and...

"Very nice. I like the safety feature you have to use a room key for the elevator. Blinds in our room would not work so at night we had to clip the curtains together for privacy and also a very bright light from the street lamps. REALLY like that we can utilize the parking garage, also safety gate. "

"When we checked in the lady was very pleasant and made us feel welcome. There were cookies someone had made. At check in she told us about the tacos and other food they had prepared whic. This was our s was a welcoming surprise. That kept us from having to go out to eat. Breakfast was also great. Place was very clean in all areas. Staff was friendl"

"We really enjoyed our stay, and the hotel was right across the street from the Kiva Auditorium where we had tickets to a program. It was easy to find, and easy to get to everywhere we wanted to go from the hotel. "

"The employees from the front desk to the restaurant/bar server to the Shuttle drivers were exceptional and so kind and cheerful. They even picked us up at the car rental shuttle office the night before so we could go back and drop off our car to then use the shuttle to the airport, which started as early as we needed, in our case, 3:30am for a 5:20am flight. Best place we have stayed in a long time. Highly recommend this hotel. "

"I enjoyed my brief stay however every single aspect of WiFi or receiving ANY legitimate cell signal was like being in a Faraday Cage. Next to none. Which is why I reviewed it as such. "
