「We stayed in a one-room cabin, upon opening the door, we were overwhelmed by the very strong musky smell. The cabin was filthy, with boxes left under the table from prior guests. The room was dusty, with a dirty bathtub and spiderwebs. We did not sleep well due to the smell of the cabin and the fear of spiders, as evident by a spider in the bathroom sink.」

「This place needs a complete overhaul. Worst accommodations I’ve ever stayed in. I had to keep my shoes on in the room because our socks were black for how dirty it was. The bathroom was falling apart. The drain in the sink was clogged. The shower was decrepit. There was a 2inch gap from the floor to where our exterior door started, we had to stuff a towel under it so nothing would come inside the room. Just absolutely terrible. 「Outstanding views, waterfront, equipped with everything you need for a getaway. Conveniently located a short drive to Dunlap. Neighbor’s were very friendly, grandkids loved the paddle boats. Excellent WiFi, nicely maintained house and property. We were lucky, stayed over the July 4th weekend and the HOA puton a great fireworks show. Will definitely stay here again when we return to Tennessee. 」
