「Staff were very nice the entire stay- building is older but for the price and location it was perfectly fine. I loved that they had tons of vending machines that worked and the drinks were cold. There was plenty parking even though it cost money I’d expect that anywhere downtown in a big city so I didn’t mind and it was disclosed beforehand that there was a price for parking. 「This hotel is perfect to experience the downtown Austin experience in a great location for a great price. The entire staff was outstanding from checkin to checkout. Jonathan at the front desk was extremely helpful and friendly and made me feel very welcome. Kayla at the front desk was also extremely accommodating, kind, and helpful.
