「There are so many great things about AV Suites. The staff was great! Well trained but not robots. Very friendly and personable. They made us feel very welcome and really seem to take pride in the resort. First the views are incredible and stunning. Standing on the balcony of our room was amazing. We stayed for 9 days and the room was big enough for us. We didnt feel cramped up on the 1 day it rained. There are a few things I wish that I had known before we stayed there. Maybe other reviews...

「 Pros: Great food, great staff, very helpful. The bed was comfortable. Room was clean. The toilet seat was not screwed in properly. The AC was confusing to operate then the remote stopped functioning. The fridge was not plugged in and did not have a proper place to plug it in without it being inconvenient. 「Room was beautiful, perfectly clean and smelled nice. The staff was super friendly, bossman even helped me try to fix my scooter when i asked for some tools! The premises are gorgeous, the breakfast was tasty and the vibe was generally calm, relaxing and comfortable. The AC is a bit dated but did a reliable job nonetheless. If i had to critisize something, the water pressure in the shower could be a little better. All in all still a 5 star experience for me!」
