「It was however it blew cold air everytime it kicked on during the night until it warmed up. There was good customer service except that we were not told that our breakfast tickets were inside the envelope that held thecroom keys.」

「Everything about the room, breakfast, workout room was fine but the pool was closed for maintenance and we brought our grandkids with us so they could swim & we were very disappointed. The hotel said “their” website indicated the pool was closed but Expedia’s site did not! Will call the hotel first from now on!」

「I am hard to please and have high expectations and this Fairfield hit all the marks. It was clean, my room was well arranged, comfortable bed, spacious bathroom with room to lay out my personal items, a nice coffee station, desk, and more. The room is more spacious than the pictures would lead you to believe. I don’t eat breakfast but everything looked good and others seemed to be enjoying. I will definitely stay here again when back in St Joseph. 」

「This bed and breakfast is beautiful and it’s obvious a lot of care and time has gone into making it a cozy retreat. With that said, when we arrived there was snow and ice on the steps leading up to the front door (it hadn’t snowed since the day before). The steps had been cleaned off when we returned later in the evening. The rooms have radiators for heat and we had a very hard time adjusting the temperature. It was very hot in our room.
