"Checkin was really easy and the room was very clean. I only took away a star because the hot tub was closed. They did offer an option to use the sister hotel’s hot tub across the street, but it was cold outside so we opted no to use that. "

"The hotel Manager genuinely was one of the nicest most courteous people I have ever dealt with. I would legitimately return just because of him. Conway not only has a super positive attitude but was also very personable. We left insulin in the refrigerator and wouldn't be staying with them for another 3 day. He made sure to not only hold onto it, but when we called again he knew us by name. Its not forced. He simply cares. Like I said I would stay because of him alone."

Front desk reception lady was very nice, first room we got bathroom sink had issues.. call front desk let them know, we came down and got changed to another room right away. Room was nice and clean, breakfast was very good and tasty too, also great service at breakfast!"
