「Very bad stay experience. I stayed in two rooms. One of the rooms had a very bad smell. There were underwear and clothes in the closet. Someone opened the door of the other room at 9:50 pm. Very bad stay experience!!! 」

「We had to request a new room due to an oder in the room, the remote not working, and despite the words “clean Remote” being printed on the remote, it was not clean at all. Stains on the comforter, as well as sticky residue on the nightstand that was never cleaned. The staff was friendly and switched our room- then the new rooms remote still didn’t work and a liquid was pouring out of it. Couldn’t get out of there fast enough in the morning. 」

「The plug in the bathroom sink did not work, and it was stuck in the down position so we were unable to use the sink. Some of the towels in the bathroom were ragged, and the duvet cover had a fairly large stain with what looked like black ink. The staff were as helpful as they were able to be considering we discovered the problem with the sink around 11pm. There was no maintenance staff to fix it at that time, and they offered to allow us to move, but due to the late hour, we declined. They...

「From the moment I walked in, I was treated like a VIP. All staff members I met or passed greeted me with a warm welcome. Room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. I used the gym and the pool both were well maintained and clean. Plenty of parking too. I would stay again with no hesitation!」
