" This property is perfectly located, only a few steps from the entrance to Zion national Park and sits on the flowing Virgin river. The rooms are very clean equipped with a full kitchen..There is a market on property to purchase your needs..A brew pub restaurant is on location and there is a free shuttle that will take you through the town of Springdale if you prefer other dining experiences. I loved this place! "

"The location and the view was amazing! We were so close to the park that you could walk if needed. We were upgraded to a junior suite which was really nice, we do realize it was due to the property being under construction. I am sure it will be great when the renovation is complete. We would definitely stay there again. "

We stayed 3 nights and it was perfect for what we needed: a clean place to stay, nice little patio with the room, a pool to cool off after hikes and a convenient location. Keith at the front desk was very friendly and helpful. Would recommend! "

"A beautiful stay on a working ranch. Sunset views with the Bison grazing. Surrounded by nature, it doesn’t get any better. Only TINY complaint was kitchen accessories were few. And since there is nowhere to eat within miles and miles, you either have to dine at their rustic restaurant or bring food in. If you follow a special diet that could be an issue. Would have been nice to have a toaster and reading lamps beside the bed. All in all if you like nature, this is the place to stay. "

"A central location when visiting Zion. Once we arrived, we didn’t need our car with the free, local shuttle service throughout Springdale. Our room was spacious, clan and comfortable. The owners we helpful and friendly and gave us tips on how to make the most of our visit. We would stay there again. "

"The check-in is so easy and simple. Upon our arrival, our host Ciaran was waiting for us in the parking lot. And then he show us the living room, kitchen, dinning area, and our room. It is located off the main traffic street, thus it’s very quiet. The house is full of books. We stayed in Jane Austen’s room, Charles Dickens is our neighbor. The house is a total surprise to us. "The bungalows are a very chic (black and white decor), modern and very clean establishment. The entrance and bathroom were wheelchair accesible (which is not something we needed) but it was nice to see for those who do. The daylight coming through the windows was amazing and the higher placed, rectangular window allowed for an amazing view no matter where your bungalow is located. "
