「Clean and great staff. Gym tiny and missing weights. Pool area small and over crowded when we went.」

「We stayed in a room on the ground floor next to the kitchen. The lock plate was missing, so we could not lock the door. The room was clean, but we discovered ants in the room. Further, the smoke detector was flashing red light through the night. We have stayed there before and had a good experience. This time it was not that great.」

「The stay was overall positive. Check-in was fine and I was attended by a gentleman who was very helpful. There was another gentleman who had poked his head from out of the back room (behind the counter) just to greet me which was nice. I asked for a late checkout and had no issue. During checkout is where there was a bit of a shift from the attitude that had been received up to that point. I was attended by lady who's demeanor was somewhat muted which really isn't an issue per se. Different, but...
