「The staff didn’t have a smile face and had no patience to answer customer’s questions. We booked 3 persons’ room, but only had 2 persons stuff(cup, towel etc) in the room. The hotel service is not good. Only I appreciated the Starbucks staff had a smile face and serviced us well.」

「Stayed for a weekend for my son’s tournament and it was a great experience. There was many kids around due to the tournament bringing a lot of teams and the hotel handled the children perfectly. Whole family loved the hotel and we plan to stay there again in the future. 」

「This hotel is great for the value! You can tell it’s family owned and they take great care of the property. If your family is loud and obnoxious please go somewhere else because quiet hours are strictly enforced. We enjoyed this after a long day at Hershey. Would stay here again in a heartbeat. 」
