「The staff was very helpful when we arrived. Our room was clean and spacious. There was a bar at the front which was nice. The gym was a little small, but it worked. It was at the perfect location」

「First room had no working AC and smelt very weird, staff gave a different room and the next room had water damage all over the walls, shower had mole or mildew in corners and edges. AC doesn’t really get cold either. Staff was good though.」

「El Hotel súper limpio, la habitación muy linda para 5 huéspedes con dos camas matrimoniales y un sofá cama. Tiene frigobar y horno de microondas, un escritorio muy bonito por si vas de trabajo, el desayuno muy rico y con variedad. El staff fue súper amable en todo momento y la ubicación está genial porque está a 8 minutos del Water Garden en el Downtowm, 100% recomendable este hotel!」

「Room 212 Room was clean and free full breakfast available each day. There were problems with AC unit not coming on regularly and running loudly. Toilet running and not shutting off right away. Not enough coffee cups and items in room. Loud music playing from a nearby restaurant patio.」
