「Good hotel (condo). It was a little out of the way for us, 」

「we did not receive room clean for two of the days we were there disappointed with the. the food was good and coffee. the hot tub was nice temp but poor condition,pool cold.it deserve a 2 star」

「My check in was at 3 pm but I arrive really early in houston and I was accommodated with a 9 am check on. I was dead tired and very much appreciated the accommodation.」

「The good: the room as clean; the afternoon/evening staff was very pleasant and helpful; and it was quiet and night so I got very good sleep. The bad: at check-in, I did not have an iron for my shirts, but the receptionist retrieved one for me; the living room remote did not work and the bedroom T.V. did not receive signal during my 3rd day; I told the morning clerk on Wednesday about the remote issue, she said someone would check it, but no one did...the afternoon clerk helped to get the...

「Staff could have been friendlier. The room was clean but had a musty smell to it. We put AC on high fan and the smell got better. The beds were very comfortable. Breakfast was good. All in all a good stay. Would recommend. 」
