"Honestly for $200+ I expected a lot more, but I ran into some issues with my room. The bathroom had a strange smell that lingered for hours on end, even after I tried spraying cologne, and the TV wasn’t working properly at first so I wasn’t able to enjoy any entertainment for the first few hours. Overall it was still a decent stay, I just couldn’t enjoy it to the fullest due to those problems."

"Overall, I think it was a pretty nice hotel and I would come back based on the location alone. The pool was pretty nice and the amenities were pretty okay. Biggest downside was that I was towing my small 5x8 utility trailer behind my SUV on my way to Laconia. When I parked my vehicle in the valet parking spot as I was told to do since the parking garages do not allow trailers, the gentleman that that parked us or took care of us that worked for the hotel said he was going to have to charge me almost $100 to valet Park my vehicle and trailer. Then I had to go self-park my vehicle because they were not allowed to drive vehicles with trailers. Just a heads up for anybody else that comes in the area. In that situation they tend to charge you a buttload and expect you to do the work they charge you for"

"No amenities in the room like every other hotel we go to has. Apparently a dog friendly hotel. Dogs were barking until 2AM! When my son went to complain the person on duty acted as if they didn’t speak English. A police officer who was for whatever reason in the lobby - was as stunned as my son was. Was also saying he could hear the dogs. They did nothing. We booked the hotel for the pool because my 7 y/o grandson was with us. Pool didn’t work the entire time we were there for the week."

"My wife and I are so tired of the noise pollution in hotels, and the Marriott Bonvoy collection of hotels is a leading culprit. There were 4 of us at breakfast today; 2 TVs were on different stations and blaring away at us, and music coming from the overhead speakers. Three sources of noise pollution at once. A form of torture used on POWs. I’d stay away from this location because of the inattentiveness paid to the noise pollution issue. How about a quiet room for bfast?Shame on Marriott Bonvoy for not providing it."
