「Our host JC was incredibly gracious and is excellent and attentive to our requests. We can in the off season so the roads getting there were terrible due to wet season flooding but the Casa Nova made an effort to help us forget about the outside world. They offered kayaks, pattleboarding, games, and we were fortunate enough to be there when the new owners were onsite and they even invited us to watch a football game with them. 「The resort was beautiful. The food was prepared beautifully and was delicious. The staff went above and beyond. We felt at home. We got food poisoning on day 4 (not from the resort) and the whole staff took care of us. From our pick up at the airport to transportation to the water taxi to the golf cart rental and extension….everything was taken care of. We could not have asked for a better place to stay.
