"Beautiful place with friendly staff "

"Oberstdorf is a beautiful hiking paradise with plenty of Hotels. Hence there is no need to stay in the sub-par Fuggerhof where you are put into a basement room while the unfriendly front desk staff tries to up-sell you into an above ground room - as if that were a special feature. Just to be clear - there was no mention of below ground rooms during booking and the basement room wasn't a walkout basement but did have a small window at the top of the wall, eye-level with the grass roots of the ill...

"Super Aufenthalt. Tolle Tipps zum Skifahren, Essen und Busverbindungen. Sehr einfacher Check-in (Schlüsselbox). Schöne, kleine Sauna, die nach Auslastung alleine nutzbar ist. Skiraum und Parkmöglichkeiten vorhanden. Zimmer geräumig und sauber. Frühstück könnte etwas früher beginnen, ansonsten alles super."

"Great service from receptionist, very attentive and warm during checkin and checkout. Room was spacious with a nice sitting area and a balcony to relax in the evening."

"Wir können das Hotel insgesamt weiterempfehlen – die Zimmer waren sauber, das Personal freundlich und die Lage gut. Einziger Kritikpunkt ist das sehr schwache WLAN-Signal, das in unserem Zimmer kaum nutzbar war. Wer auf eine stabile Internetverbindung angewiesen ist, sollte das berücksichtigen."
