"I really enjoyed my stay here. Check-in was easy. Room was quiet and incredibly spacious. Bed was comfortable. Air conditioner worked really well. Overall a great experience. Only negative things I can say is that water from the shower got all over bathroom floor. However, I was in a handicap accessible room so that was probably just a quirk of the room."

"Perfect for our visit to Smith - just a few blocks away. Room was spotless & bed was so comfortable we didn't want to get up. My daughter loved the hygiene products in the bathroom; I would purchase them for our home if i could remember what they were! Breakfast was better than the average continental with croissants, muffins, fresh fruit, & a variety of coffee options with dairy alternatives. We were on the first level so our door was exterior, but the area is well lit, parking was right...

"This was a great place to stay while visiting my daughter at Smith College. The rooms were clean, the building was quiet, and the staff was friendly and attentive. "

"We loved our stay. It was very restful with a great restaurant and bar attached so we didn’t have to go anywhere for food. There was a sort of strange 15 dollar fee the day of to access parking and the breakfast buffet but other than that no surprises. "

"Everything was great, except that when i called at 2:50 to see if room was ready they said half hour more and when i got there at 3:30 room was not ready so i had to wait til 4:30. Other than that still my favorite hotel to stay with my grandkids"

"Really clean and comfortable bed. My request for top floor was not looked at or mentioned and I was placed beside a very noisy room which fortunately quieted down at bedtime. The real low point was the managements handling of breakfast. There has got to be a better way to manage all the guests who want breakfast: the waitstaff couldn’t t possibly keep up with the number of guests. The toaster didn’t work. It was unclear how to order. Food needed to be replenished. "
