"My family and I have always loved this hotel, when checking in the front desk person was a little rude when I asked a question. And the AC in our room didn't work well it was a little hot. But love this hotel and convince to the Riverwalk. "

"This is a beautiful old building. Our room was spacious and comfortable with a view of the Alamo. Nice location for walking along the Riverwalk, only a couple blocks away. They do a very nice breakfast buffet and the staff is friendly and helpful, especially Jasmine. "

"Parking is something Expedia doesn’t address up front. $48 a day. Upside is its valet with unlimited in and out privileges. I would stay here again. Premium room worth the money. "
