Evolve, the company who manages this property, said that because the house wasn't actively on fire and that there was no indication that the air inside the house was hazardous they would not refund. "The house was very large and enough space for us. It was a group of 5 guys that there for Nascar. The house was affordable for what we got. There were 4 beds to sleep in and 1 sofa. It was clean enough for our needs considering the price. The kitchen had what we needed to make breakfast."
