「We arrived early in the morning the day of our checkin and the staff was very accommodating, offering that we take a nap in hammocks, as we had travelled all night from Medellìn to get to Salento. Upon arrival, the breathtaking view of the surrounding nature is soothing and mesmerizing. Our room was clean and spacious. 「The bath room is new and shower is great. However it is very noice. We stay at ground floor can hear upper floor walking sound.
Also the wall is not good to isolate the noice, can hear any street noice. When people still have party at 1am or 3am, you will wakeup . We cant sleep well for two days. May be bring a earplug is good idea because the noice isolation problem is common here accommodation.」

「La limpieza del hotel fue impecable, todo siempre muy ordenado y cuidado. La atención del personal fue extraordinaria, siempre amables y dispuestos a ayudar. El servicio en general fue excelente y superó nuestras expectativas. El desayuno estuvo muy bueno y delicioso.
