"I have always stayed at this hotel, but yesterday the room they gave me was disgusting: the bathroom was in poor condition, the carpet was practically peeling up, and the bed made a truly horrible noise. I think they really need to improve a lot of things there; I feel disappointed with the place, and I will never rent a room there again."
